Welcome Message:

Hello and welcome to the website of Michael DeVine’s Dublin Counseling & Coaching practice.  By visiting my website, I am guessing that you are in the beginning stages of trying to find a counselor for yourself or a loved one. Michael DeVine counseling is a comprehensive private counseling & coaching practice that specializes in focusing on treating individuals and their families, not just treating their diagnoses.

I understand how difficult of a decision it is to decide to seek out professional help and finding the right counselor can be a very daunting task. I think finding a professional that you are comfortable and confident with is one of the more important criteria that a person should look for in a counselor.

In my experiences, I have learned that demonstrated abilities & past successes are the most reliable pieces of evidence in predicting competency in a professional. With that in mind, I have tried to provide as much information about my background, philosophies, training, publications, and professional accomplishments on my website so you can get a good idea of who I am and how I can help your family.  Furthermore, clients need to be confident that their clinician is up to date on all of the latest research; so you will also find articles, blogs, and twitter feeds with all of the latest research and discoveries in the field of psychology & neuroscience.

So I encourage you to explore my website and if you think I might be the right choice for you and your family, you can contact me and we can setup a free phone consultation to discuss how I can help. Once again, thank you for visiting my site and I look forward to hearing from you.

-Michael D. DeVine, MS, LPC-S
